All orders placed through our website are treated as enquiries until confirmed by our team. Once your enquiry is reviewed, we will send you a secure payment link via email.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Standard shipping is charged at £5.99 per order. Free shipping is available on orders over £200, or when purchasing 2 or more room mists.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics, body care, and room fragrances), we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email contact@spa-ur-self.com with your order reference and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days once the returned items have been received and inspected.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. Colours may appear differently depending on your device settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spa Ur Self Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
